Alex: To remind you about our school orchestra’s concert. It starts at noon.

Mark: Yeah. I don’t like maths, actually - too monotonous. But after that we’ve got science – it
makes things better!
Jess: Yeah, you are good at science. Probably, the best in the class.
Mark: It’s because I enjoy it most of all! Science explains how the world works. It’s fantastic.
Like magic!
Jess: Probably. I like neither maths nor science. I don’t mind French, but grammar drills make
me feel so bored.
Mark: Me too. By the way, have you finished that project in French?
Jess: Mmm, not yet.
